Section 1 of our terms requires you to meet the minimum age for your country to create and use a Fluxer account. This page lists those ages.
Minimum age by country
The minimum age is 13, except in the countries below.

Age-restricted content
You must be 18 or older to access age-restricted content. This covers NSFW channels inside communities, communities marked as age-restricted, and media flagged as containing explicit content by our automated classifier (see section 5 of our privacy policy for how that classifier works).
Some regions also require an extra adult verification step for age-restricted content. See regional restrictions for current requirements and methods.
How your age is determined
When you create an account, you provide your date of birth. That is all we ask for. We never accept ID. We compare your date of birth with the minimum age for the country we estimate from your IP address. Section 3.2 of our privacy policy explains how. If you are below that minimum, you cannot register.
Reporting underage users
If you believe an account belongs to someone under the minimum age, you can report it. Our team reviews these reports, and if we have reason to believe the account holder does not meet the requirement, the account may be suspended.

Appealing a suspension
If your account is suspended because it is suspected of belonging to someone under the minimum age, you can appeal by contacting appeals@fluxer.com from the address linked to your account. Tell us why you think the suspension is wrong. Section 6.2 of our terms explains how appeals work. Please do not send ID.
Accounts that do not meet the minimum age
If an account belongs to someone below the minimum age in their country, we schedule it for deletion, as section 11 of our privacy policy explains. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has created an account without your consent or does not meet the minimum age, please contact privacy@fluxer.com from the child's registered email address, or with enough proof that you are their parent or guardian.
