You cannot change your date of birth on Fluxer, and our support team cannot change it for you either. A correction would need proof of your age.
We never accept ID
Section 11 of our privacy policy explains that we never ask for or accept ID documents, selfies, videos of your face, facial age estimation, biometric scans, or any other document to check anyone's age, including for date of birth changes and age appeals.
Please do not send one. If you send one anyway, we delete it and do not use it.
Anyone who asks you for ID on behalf of Fluxer is not us. Report it to support@fluxer.com.
If you entered the wrong date
Your account keeps working with the date you entered. If that date makes you younger than 18, age-restricted content stays unavailable on that account. See minimum age requirements for how your age is used.
