Who we are

Fluxer Platform AB is a Swedish limited liability company building a communication platform. We think a chat platform should work for the people who use it, and that privacy and safety shouldn't be traded away for growth.

How we sustain Fluxer

You should understand how the platform you use makes money, because a company's business model determines whose interests it ends up serving.

Our revenue comes from optional premium subscriptions (Fluxer Plutonium). Users who want extra features can subscribe; everyone else uses Fluxer for free with a generous feature set. That's the whole model.

We don't sell advertising. We don't sell, rent, licence, or monetise user data. We don't broker data to third parties. We don't train AI models on user content. We have no advertising partnerships and no data broker relationships, and we don't plan to build any. These are binding commitments described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

In practice, this means we do well when the platform is good enough that people choose to support it, not when we squeeze data out of users to sell to advertisers.

Since Fluxer Platform AB is established in Sweden (an EU Member State), no separate legal representative is required under DSA Article 13.

Communication security

Fluxer will never ask for your password, complete payment card details, or other sensitive security credentials via email. All official Fluxer emails come from addresses ending in @fluxer.app or a subdomain of fluxer.app (such as @m.fluxer.app).

Be careful about phishing attempts using similar-looking domain names or requesting sensitive information. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Fluxer, don't click any links or provide any information. Contact us directly at support@fluxer.app instead.
